Hire with confidence! You would be hard pressed to find another company that is as conscientious, competent and professional as Bearson Construction. We were in the market for a stair lift, and the operations manager, Debbie, was so personable and proficient, outlining all the costs, relayed detailed information on what to expect installation wise, and timing. We felt very informed on what to expect. She even gave me quote over the phone. This interaction instilled so much confidence, that we looked no further, knowing we would be in good hands with Bearson. Very unlike me, as I usually shop around when purchasing something of this dollar value. I've never gone with the first company contacted, but so glad we did! We sure appreciated Chris, the installer. He was very masterful putting the lift in, and took extreme care to make sure everything was just right. You can tell Chris takes pride in his work, like coiling/securing the extra electrical cord in a very neat and tidy manner. Chris did a fine job instructing us on the lift's features and how to use/maintain it. Follow up has been remarkable! The lift was experiencing a slight mechanical issue, and Chris and Debbie were right on it. It was a from-the-factory problem, which Bearson replaced, free of charge! Any email or phone call is responded to lightening fast…Debbie even returned an email on her day off! I'm fortunate enough to have recovered from a surgery well enough where a stair lift is no longer needed. Debbie and Chris were just out, and the lift's been put out of commission for now. They worked me in to when they would be in the area and would not take compensation for doing so. Unheard of these days! This company, and their stellar employees, exhibit that old fashioned kind of business practices…striving for reliable and competent service, wanting to ensure each customer will be happy, top-notch customer service and fine workmanship. My mother had Dave Bearson doing the remodels, ramps, and stair lifts for many of her patients' homes. Modifying the living space for people with physical limitations. She trusted him to do excellent work, and knew the job would be done to match the patients' needs, which was sometimes beyond the regulatory minimums. Eventually my mother had Bearson Enterprises modify her own home. Now I use Bearson Enterprises, and recommend them to anyone needing accessibility remodeling. My mother had sometimes worked as a commercial building inspector, checking to see if the business met the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) regulations. Sometimes the building did meet the necessary ADA requirements, but was still not very usable for some disabilities. However she was always pleased with the work Dave Bearson did, because the work was always done to be easily useable by the disabled residents. My mother was always praising the work by Dave Bearson and Bearson Enterprises. So I am passing along her enthusiasm for their work.
